I’m back this week with our menu! Like I mentioned yesterday, the last week has been crazy! I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to get back into the swing of blogging things this week.

Monday

  • Breakfast – Cereal
  • Lunch – Mac & Cheese
  • Supper – Tuna Casserole, Green Beans & Bread

Tuesday

  • Breakfast – Egg & Cheese Omelets w/ toast
  • Lunch – PB & J Sandwich & yogurt
  • Supper – Crock pot Hungarian Goulash over noodles, cooked carrots & biscuits

Wednesday

  • Breakfast – Toast & yogurt
  • Lunch – Tortilla Pizzas & raw veggies
  • Supper – Haystacks

Thursday

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ fruit
  • Lunch – Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup
  • Supper- Crock pot Pork Chops & Mushrooms w/ mashed potatoes & corn

Friday

  • Breakfast – Pancakes
  • Lunch – Noodles w/ broccoli
  • Supper – Crock pot Mulligan Stew w/ biscuits

Saturday

  • Breakfast – Eggs, Bacon & potatoes
  • Lunch – Sandwiches & Soup
  • Supper – Leftovers

Sunday

  • Breakfast – Cereal
  • Lunch – ??
  • Supper – ??
