Well, I’m back 🙂 We had a wonderful, but long, weekend with lots of visitors! I’m just now sitting down to play catch up. Here is the menu for this week. Monday

  • Breakfast – French Toast & Fruit
  • Lunch – Cheese Quesadillas
  • Supper – Tacos w/ rice, beef & veggies

Tuesday

  • Breakfast – Cold Cereal & toast
  • Lunch – Leftover lasagna
  • Supper – Garden Chowder, Salad & biscuits

Wednesday

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal
  • Lunch – Ham & Cheese biscuits & fruit
  • Supper – Chicken & Dumplings

Thursday

  • Breakfast – Yogurt & toast
  • Lunch – Mac & Cheese w/ hot dogs
  • Supper – Crockpot Chicken Chili

Friday

  • Breakfast – Pancakes
  • Lunch – Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas
  • Supper – Garden Burgers, Mac & Cheese & Salad

Saturday

  • Breakfast – Egg & Sausage Burritos
  • Lunch – Sandwiches & veggies
  • Supper –  Pork Chops, Noodles & Green Beans

Sunday

  • Breakfast – cereal
  • Lunch – Crockpot – Chicken Noodle Soup, Salad & biscuits
  • Supper – leftovers
