Here is a great recipe we just made up today:
Pineapple-Banana Kefir Smoothie
- 2 cups kefir
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Tablespoon honey
Blend until smooth…enjoy! We used frozen bananas for a really thick creamy smoothie, but you can use a fresh banana for a more yogurt-lke consistency drink.
