Prep – thaw chicken in fridge , start chili at noon

  • Breakfast – Grits & Fruit
  • Lunch – Soup, crackers & yogurt
  • Supper – Crockpot Chili & Johnny Cake
  • Snack – Pumpkin muffins & milk

Tuesday

Prep – thaw ground beef, baking day

  • Breakfast – Eggs, toast & yogurt
  • Lunch – PB & J & baby carrots
  • Supper – Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Corn & biscuits
  • Snack – Popcorn & fruit juice

Wednesday

Prep – put together meatloaf in morning

  • Breakfast – Baked Oatmeal w/ milk
  • Lunch – Noodles w/ broccoli
  • Supper – Meatloaf, scallop potatoes & green beans
  • Snack – Apples w/ peanut butter & milk

Thursday

Prep – make muffins and pancakes for Friday

  • Breakfast – Cereal & toast
  • Lunch – Pizza Rolls
  • Supper – Chicken Pot Pie & tossed salad
  • Snack – Grahm Crackers & Peanut Butter w/ milk

Friday

Prep – thaw steak

  • Breakfast – Pancakes & oranges
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Supper – Pizza Night
  • Snack – Applesauce muffins & milk

Saturday

Prep – cut up beef and veggies for stew

  • Breakfast – Omelets, fried potatoes & sausage patties
  • Lunch – Sandwiches & soup
  • Supper – Steak, homemade french fries & tossed salad
  • Snack – popcorn

Sunday

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal or Cereal
  • Lunch – Crockpot Beef Stew & biscuits
  • Supper – leftovers
  • Snack – veggie platter w/ cream cheese or peanut butter
