Well…it’s been a very LONG weekend and I’m really looking forward to having a relaxing day tomorrow…sort of. I do have to go grocery shopping and run a few other errrands, but after that , I’m home-free to get started baking some of the cookies I’ve been posting recipes for!

Monday

Prep: make Bread, corn bread & Muffins ; start crockpot at noon

  • Breakfast – Waffles
  • Lunch – Tuna Sandwiches & baby carrots
  • Supper – crock pot Chili & corn bread

Tuesday

Prep: thaw pork chops

  • Breakfast – eggs, ham & toast
  • Lunch – noodles w/ broccoli
  • Supper – Chicken & Rice Burritos

Wednesday

Prep: make & freeze waffles and pancakes

  • Breakfast – oatmeal & bananas
  • Lunch – PB & J Sandwich & apples
  • Supper – Pork Chops, Scallop Potatoes & mixed veggies

Thursday

Prep: Thaw beef in fridge overnight ; make rolls

  • Breakfast – cereal & fruit
  • Lunch – pizza rolls , orange slices & pretzels
  • Supper – Mac & Cheese, tossed salad & Homemade rolls

Friday

Prep: season chicken in morning

  • Breakfast – Pancakes & orange slices
  • Lunch – PB & apple slices, yogurt and muffins
  • Supper – Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Buttered Corn

Saturday

Prep: start crock pot in the morning ; brown beef for sauce ; make garlic bread & salad for Sunday

  • Breakfast – Sausage & Cheese Omelets w/ toast
  • Lunch – leftovers
  • Supper – Chicken Potpie, tossed salad & rolls

Sunday

Prep: start sauce in crock pot before church

  • Breakfast – cereal & fruit
  • Lunch – Spaghetti & Meat Sauce ; garlic bread & salad
  • Supper – Leftover Soup & Sandwiches
