Here are two great links to learn more about kefir. In short, it is a healthy probiotic milk product. Tammy and Lindsay explain it much better! It has worked wonders for our daughter that has stomach problems as well as helped with her anxiety problems. I have taken a break from making kefir for a few weeks and I’m noticing that she has definitely regressed in those areas since…that’s why it’s back on the menu!
