This is one of our favorite ways to enjoy Summer Squash!

  • 2 cups sliced summer squash (we used yellow and green zucchini)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic ; pressed
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced sweet onion

In a large skillet ; saute garlic and onions in butter until garlic is slightly brown. Add squash and toss to coat. Cover and reduce heat to Med. Cook until squash is done to desired tenderness. We like ours a bit on the crispy side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
