I’m a little late posting this, but here it is anyway!

Monday-

  • Breakfast – Cereal or grits and berries
  • Lunch – Tuna Melt Triscuits and Yogurt w/fruit
  • Supper – Pork Chops, Boiled Red Potatoes & Green Beans

Tuesday-

  • Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs w/ Toast & Fruit Juice
  • Lunch – Hot Dogs , Mac & Cheese & Baby Carrots
  • Supper – Tammy’s Oven-Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Buttered Corn

Wednesday –

  • Breakfast – Pancakes & Kefir Smoothies
  • Lunch – Apples w/Peanut Butter, Cheese & Crackers
  • Supper – Chicken Divan & Salad

Thursday-

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal or Grits w/ Toast
  • Lunch – Leftovers
  • Supper – Crockpot Pot Roast w/ Potatoes, Carrots & Onions

Friday-

  • Breakfast – Waffles and Blueberries
  • Lunch – Ham Sandwiches & Potato Salad
  • Supper- Homemade Pizza & Salad

Saturday –

  • Breakfast – Eggs, Sausage, Fried Potatoes & Orange Slices
  • Lunch – Beef Stew & Homemade bread
  • Supper – Sammi’s Tuna Noodle Casserol & Peas

Sunday –

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal or Cold Cereal
  • Lunch – Leftover Tuna Casserole & Beef Stew
  • Supper – Spaghetti & Meatballs, Homemade Garlic Bread & Salad
