Yesterday my friend Heather taught me how to make Mozzarella Cheese. It was incredibly easy, so I tried my own today. It is absolutely delicious! The next time I try it, I’m going to try making Ricotta cheese out of the leftover whey. Maybe I’ll even attempt my own lasagna pasta and have totally homemade lasagna.

It’s not exactly cheaper to buy it like this, but it will be a treat every once in awhile! If I can learn how to make ricotta, then it will be worth a few extra bucks to have the real deal.
